Greets POD,
I'm Irish Jack Hehe.
Well, to do it manually you need to go: My computer/Local Disk/Program Files/Virtual Sailor.
Then, you'll see "Boats", "Instruments", and "Panel". Those are the main ones that you'll use. It's rather straight forward. In the Burgundy file, there's just the one folder (Memory serves me right), which is the boats folder. So, whats in there, pop that into the "Boats" folder in your computer, and then, start VS up, and you should see Burgundy there. Same principal applies to all other ships on the VS Library, just install them in their directories. They should all be labelled so you know where to put them (Boats, instruments, panel etc).
If you need any more help, just ask!
Jack
p.s. Also, I would like to mention that the actual Burgundy model itself was developed in Sketchup by TFM (Post above mine). I just did the horn and engine sounds, along with the CG, props etc. But the model is TFM's
Nathan did some other bits to help out as well
