If you do one of the of the leona lewis one you pay £3 sign up fee but them text stop to the number it tells you to. If we all spend £3 for each other we can all get ipods.
I have done this, I would spend £3 for an ipod. ;D

Even if it works - I will NEVER TRUST THESE SITES!

Do you know what they do? Why should one just give a £3 ipod away? even if one is a millionaire, something is fishy, and best avoided.

There is probably something wrong when it comes to giving stuff away for free or very little money. I would think these ipods are somewhat broken or something is wrong with them, here or there. Even if tom claims its true, gentlemen, keep safe on the internet, don't step FOOT in sites like that.

THINK!

WHY? would someone offer something for very little money? If it is a competition, thats fine, but come on! why?
If something looks fishy and unbeliveable, stay out of it - forever.

I hope, Tom, you are not a worker on this site and are trying to "lure" us in to something.
Sometimes, these websites learn your e-mail in the sign up process and then sends 100's of spam every day to you - and every day you ask "where has my ipod got to?" and they reply with more spam.
Loom on the site, does it have any telephone number or e-mail to contact if you need help? No? then step out of it!

STAY SAFE, GUYS!

other companies pay them for advertising and getting them costumers, For use paying £3 to a company the company will be paying £50 for transfering a large number of costumers. There is a science behind it

no people need to sign up and complete a offer first. There are hundreds of people who can prove that it works. Why don't you sigh up and then you will know for yourself wheather it will work or not.  ;D

No. Because I have no proof,

I don't want to get a virus, I dont want a toy ipod which doesnt have an "on" button, I dont want 100s of spam in my e-mail, I don't want to get in trouble with my family of ordering something without permission, I dont want phone calls from this site raving into my house, I dont want people turnng up on my door (wherever I am) talking about internet safety and I DONT WANT TO DIE!

Tom, let me tell you a secret. Do you know how you get people really to sign in on the site? Just press the alt and F4 button on your keyboard at the same time while watching this topic.

Ballast.

I bet the better way is to go to MP at evening to the nearest peoplefull usermade (with blue dot) server & try to play there, because every server admin is sharing free Ipods with players on his server + you'll be in the bermuda triangle at the same time!
Double joy, isn't it?

I hope the site doesn't do everything I said in that list all in once, its bound to do atleast one of the things I listed, though. Giving me an Ipod might be one in the list, but after all, I really do think that it has a very low possibility to be the one thing the company does when you sign up.

And ballast, don't be rude, please. Maybe it DOES work and Tom is kind to share it with us so we get an ipod too. You have no proof, but I highly doubt that it does work, but I have no proof that it does work, so I am too scared to try.

Every time someone uses that link, someone (is that you, Tom?) gets a small payment for driving internet traffic there.

I did a search and found a large number of places that claimed your linked site was a scam. There were a few who dispute dthose claims, but for all I know, those were by the owners of the site or people who were getting their 1 cent per hit for referred traffic.

Tom: I'll only give one warning to you and to anyone else who puts such adverts on this Forum: Don't.

This topic is now closed for business.

[update]
I found five separate threads where this link had been posted. I have removed them all, and taken a very dim vew of this sort of behaviour.  ???  >:(

[update 2]
Apparently this is a pyramid selling scam. If enough people click on the link and pay their three pounds, someone (Tom, I assume) gets his free iPod.

Each of the people paying their three pounds then have to get a huge number of other people to click on their link and pay three pounds, and so it goes. But they can't all get enough people, as there aren't enough people in the world.

This is pyramid selling. Those who get in first get the goods, but no-one else does. By the time you are in the fifth row of people to apply. You're simply fodder.

This type of scam is illegal in the UK, Europe and the USA, at least. It was banned ove 50 years ago.
