This is a very useful website if you have you are managing your own discussion board like phpBB, vBulletin, Invision IPB, SMF etc.
Go into the admin panel, go trough each profile and see if the e-mail address match the e-mail addresses listed on http://www.stopforumspam.com/ (http://www.stopforumspam.com/) and you will be amazed how many spammers you really have.
Simply delete those profiles or ban them completely if you don't want to see your forum getting spam.
Now each day I get almost 8 new registration at my website at http://www.vehiclesimulator.com/forum (http://www.vehiclesimulator.com/forum) and each one of them are usually spammers. I delete 5 each day, next day my inbox have messages about new registrations...and I have to do the same again..
