Good site?
« on: December 02, 2008, 16:31:51 »

Hi Guys,

Have any of you ever used this site before?

http://members.webs.com/index.jsp

I just wanted to know, is it "Clean"? as in safe?

What do you guys think of it?

Thanks,
Jack.

And so, what was the point of you posting? In this case i think it would be better to respond, only if you have something useful to say  ;)

Would you think its worth trying it out then, Jonah?

What would be someone like Terry's view on these sort of sites?

Thanks,
Jack
p.s. I just want to make sure its OK before I create a site there.

I reccomend Google Pages if you're going to make a website

I already have one:

Hi Jack.

It seems to be a very slow web site (takes a long time to show pages), but you can't expect too much, I suppose.

The questions I would ask are:

1) How is this paid for?
 - Will your site have advertising banners all over it?
 - If not, what?

2) Will visitors get redirected to other pages where les wholesome material will be displayed?

3) Will they modify any of your pages as visitors call them up? (Some sites insert adverts, links and so on when users go there).

I don't know the answers to any f these questions. But you should probably ask them.
