Could someone please tell me how to register custom missions, many thanks

In the mission editor under the menu "file" there is an option called "upload mission". You can upload your mission to the forum, where the CMMs can test it. You can also look here: http://www.shipsim.com/ShipSimForum/index.php/topic,4942.0.html. Hope that's what you meant ;).
