Walkthrough on OS's lifeboat deck!

Using the fall off the ship bug on OS in the area shown in the first pic gets you to fall down to the Lifeboat deck. Judging by the fact that you can walk to where Elevators are, it seems like they originally trying to get tye elevators to work, but when they couldn't figure out a good method to do it with, they left the deck walkable anyway.

I've seen this too, you can walk through the doors into the lobby for the elevators 

I'm not sure why they modeled it if there isn't a good way of getting down there

so how do you get down to the lifeboatdeck

At the stern there is a roof with a section underneath, it's like to cover you from the sun. If you walk under that, you fall and land on the bottom deck

ill give it another go but ive seen that walkway before but it dosent allow me through

I think i you hold "shift" down when walking you can run, and if you run through that gap, you'll get through
