when will this game be avalible in stores in the US?

I've heard many different theories.The top two I have seen are that:

1.It will be out around September.
2.There will be no US version that you can find in stores.I think this one also qualifies in Canada too.

Living in Canada myself,I'd be very dissapointed if this game didn't come to North American soil.
