Please can somebody tell me how to get out of the binnocular view.
I am experiencing difficulty in switching back to the normal internal wheelhouse view ?

Hi and welcome to the forum

Bring back your scroll wheel. And all the controls and everything will come back.

If you don't have a scroll wheel, I don't know what you will have to do.

Thanks - I am playing on a laptop and don't have a scroll wheel, so that would explain it.

you can use the reset view key too. it is "0" by default i think...

You can assign keyboard keys, such as Page Up and Page Down, to the zoom in/out function:
From the main menu, click Options > Controls.
Select “Camera controls” from the “Select controls” list.
Double-click the “Camera zoom out” line, in the “Primary input” column.
Press the page down key.
Do the same to assign the page up key, or any other key.

Thanks MVSMITH, that did the trick for me.
I just assigned keyboard keys to camera zoom in and out and it now works.
