Please don't forget that a blue flashlight on the water doesn't have same meaning as in the street.
In the street it's a one way communication with other traffic to give way, on the water you use maritime VHF for that. Here in the Netherlands the flashlight is mainly used to mark an incident.

I think that even the real P6 doesn't have a flashlight or sirene.

I have downloaded a siren on the P6 but I cant remember where I did it,perhaps someone can help.

Even so, I have yet to see a police boat without lights. I can understand that siren part, but I think that ALL police vehicles have lights. Think of the Aire Viser. It isn't a police vehicle, but it does have lights.
