how about some duck hunting or buck hunting?

The only Duck Hunting I've ever done was on the old Nintendo Entertainment System ;D

I suppose it depends on A) the original weight distribution of the ship and B) Where it was taking in water.

If the bow is holed, then that is where the water will be- so its heaviest and then it will sink first, and it will accelerate at an exponential rate until it is vertical.

It is not a unique occurance!
