I have little sympathy for him, or other people who act similarly. I keep my sympathy for the crew, Port Police and other passengers whose safety is impaired by people like that.

I was on a small inland ferry over here in the US. There were 3-4 foot waves makeing a large spray on deck. Car was wet when We got off.
