i would like to see the vessels that use cranes on their decks more interactive when a mission requires the loading containers such as the jj,perhaps even the all the tugboats.

Its because Ship Simulator Extremes came along, and when that arrived (or should it be moored up

), all development on Ship sim 2008 by VSTEP was halted. A few things were added by members of a development forum and these are available on the Ship Sim website under the 'Shipyard' section, however that forum has now shut down. $:-\$ Hope this helps.
