First you  have to register Your game here at the forum. If you click on profile and then scroll down a bit, under the square with Your personal information you find where you should type in your game code. When that is done you will get access to technical help.

Further to what wiqvist has already told you. It depends if you bought the game direct from Vstep or it is the Steam version. If from Vstep you can get all updates and DLCs from the Vstep website. If Steam you must do it via Steam. Steam updates the game automatically but you must buy DLCs from them.
