You can track the status of your order by logging into your account on www.shipsim.com and visiting the "Orders & Downloads" section in your account.

Wouldn't it be nice to hear from anyone who has similar experience with
Shipsim of being ripped off for money or being ignored in the same way.

I know shipsim don't reply to emails, I have sent them three asking different things and in the end had to come here to get them answered!!

Can't help on the lost order, all I know is from running an online business that the mail services wherever you live can be VERY slow, especially if you are ordering something from another country, but from the 12 October to now seems a bit too slow...

Well Vstep doesn't actually make these. They pass all that along to the company that does, Wilco Publishing and VR Insight.

I know that emails to info@shipsim.com are read and answered, but for me any emails from Vstep/Shipsim end up in my spam folder for whatever reason, you may find one in there. Worth checking.

It will all be dealt with, I have no doubt about that. If you have not found any email from Shipsim support in a spam folder, then drop Mr Robville (http://80.95.161.114/shipsim/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=10441) a personal message here and he'll look into it, he's the customer support guy, he'll help you out.

Kind regards,
Fred
