I agree with sydmichel if VSTEP are planning to release a new sim while SSE still has many bugs and improvements.

I think VSTEP have already said that they won't be producing another shipsim game and that they will concentrate on their professional simulators.

Oh and......

'mon the hoops!

More or less, Encyclopaedia Britannica revisited gave some kind of an answer to your query.

I can't remember, but I am sure that I saw something to that effect posted by one of the VSTEP staff or forums asmin people on here.

@Luc, is that Italian for "when hell freezes over"? :D

Hello Clanky,

Yes it is, for a number of reasons, and for what I know not least the evolving video games challenges.

Regards,

Makes no sense in italian anyway :P

But back on topic, i hope they would, and i hope they do not.

I hope they would, because SSE clearly wasn't that great, and there is still so much room for improvement they would never ever be able to implement (just look how much time it's taking them for this DLC),

I hope they won't, because what they did with SSE was awful, starting from the bugs, and the fact that even now they are not solved, the graphic is nothing great and yet takes a lot of resources, a lot of things you would expect from a simulator are not there, etc etc etc.

The topic question was not about your hopes, but to confirm Clanky's answer, not to restart arguments about Extremes. Topic closed.
