when me and my friends try to make a sever every time it just says Servers is not responding does any one know if we are doing anything wrong

This is strange.
I have noted this issue and shall address it to VSTEP.
I feel the need of paying them another visit real soon.

For people to be able to contact your user server you must allow inbound traffic through port 55559 of your router.
