Hi,
I'm stuck on how to pick up the overboard passenger on the Orient Star at Bora Bora in the "More than a thousand miles" campaign mission.
Launched the RIB, found the passenger in the sea, got close to him, stopped alongside but apart from messages saying "You've found him" etc no idea what to do next.
Have also launched a lifeboat to see if that makes a difference, but no.
Saw a youtube video from an older version of SS 2008? where there was a 100m ring round the swimmer and it appeared as if you had to be less than 1 knot within the ring. But nothing like that for me, he just paddles about in the water.
Surely one doesn't have to get Orient Star itself into position? That's barking imo.
Any advice much appreciated.
PS managed the Tight fit task first go, and got it moored tight alongside with all the proper head, stern, breast ropes and springs in place. Quite proud of that one as not played SSE very long.
Yes
fully admit it.
edited due to getting name of ship incorrect. DOH!
