Pilot D.L.C won't install

I tried to download the Pilot D.L.C but when it click "OK" on the installer it comes up with this: Unable to locate valid Ship Simulator Extremes installation. I have bought the game and downloaded it yesterday.

Witch version have you bought there are 2 Steam & non steam also there is
now collectors edition with all D.L.C .

Hi, Its the normal version, I got the downloaded version and it dosn't say anything about steam so i think its non steam version

try to right click  the install program and run as an administrator maybe that help if not try to download it again, you can also right clik on shipsim icon and see where it are installed, normaly it should be installed her on a 64 bit windows C:\Program Files (x86)\Vstep\ShipSimExtremes
and her on a 32 bit windows C:\Program Files\Vstep\ShipSimExtremes
BDW were you bought the D.L.C.
