steam help

morning all i bought a game from steam on line it is in my steam account but
not in my library how do i  move the game from my account to my library and
activate it thank you shane.

thanks Rbsanford for your reply still not in my library a week later tryed to contact steam but no joy , pay for a game but cannot play it,if anyone out there can help i would be greatfull.

okay, i think i found the solution; when you buy a game/DLC, there's a button that says "install now". above it it says, "find your games in your library or install them now".

although i have not discovered how to access the install button without having to buy a dlc.
