Which kind of ships?
« on: January 25, 2012, 21:10:58 »

Hello everybody

I am a guy who is thinking of getting this simulation. I have been playing the submarine sim Silent Hunter for some years, and now I would like to try out some other vessels than just US subs and German u-boats.

I have already read a bit about the game in reviews and it all seems like the submarine sims: bugs! And lack of gameplay in stock versions. But if I can find this sim somewhere where it's cheap, I would probably buy it. But... I have one important question, one that I did not found anything about in the game's description and on these forums. I would like to know which type of ships that are available in the 'game'. I read in a post that the devs focused on modern ships. Does that mean that steam liners like the Queen Mary 1, Normandie or Lusitania is not in the game? Just for an example. And if not, which "known" ships are available the? I suppose that QM2 is playable...

Greetings, NP

Hi NP, as you seem to be interested in classic liners, you may like to know that the Titanic is in SS08 (not in Extremes)   ;)
