True, but this is just for Ship Simulator purpose, so errors can be made, since not everyone are working on this domain. A lot of people are here for fun, and ask questions or confirmations for personnal knowledge only. In this context, being 'almost right' can be just fine for them.

Although, if you say ''You are incorrect, they follow the collision regulation, which states that...'', it would bring a much more complete answer.
