I'm afraid the forum rules are that you must post technical questions in technical support. To access tech support you must enter your licence key into your forum profile (see FAQ or PM a moderator for help with this).
This is done to make sure that everyone has a genuine licence key and it isn't us trying to be akward!
I'm sure that once you post your message there someone will be able to work it out.
