Actually on a serious note, one of the things I love about my present ship is that there is absolutely no oil and water, when I first started on passenger ships I was dragged into the chief engineers office one morning because I was seen having a beer with a deck officer, cargo ships were like a breath of fresh air as there were so few people onboard that everyone had to work as a team.
I was a little worried that coming back to passenger ships would mean having to re-educate a few people on the matter, but even though we have a combined deck and engine compliment of more than 100 on here everyone works fairly well together. (maybe it's because we are all so bust hating the hotel department!
