What sounds? Were they the ones in the shipyard that comes with some of the addon packs if I can remember right?

Oh no no, I was talking about the in game sounds, but there are new horn and radio sounds, yup they were at the shipyard  and yup they were add-on packs

What exactly were you trying change? 'Cause now you got me skeered and nervous to try and change anything in mine.  Note: mispelling scared is intentional.
