watt version of the game do you have, can it be collector edition then you have two keys
one for New Horizon and one for Shipsim 2008, the first key you most add are for NH
and then for ss08, and you can add them into your profile

The keys are all vise to find in the box, see under the DVD disc
or inside the cover on a with stick
if you have bought the game from ship sim you can all vise send them a mail and ask and if you have a download of the game you can find the key in the same place their you bought it, joust log into your account their
