I live near the Great Lakes in the United States. Would it be possible to make some ports of call on the Great Lakes along with some Lake Freighters

yes!!!!!!

ports like Duluth/Superior, Chicago, Mackinac Island, Two Harbors, Saginaw, Manitwoc-Ludington ferry route, Cleveland.

ships: Paul R. Tregurtha, Columbus, Vista Star, Edna G., Arthur M. Anderson, Presque Isle, Olympic Merit, Jumbo Fairlane.

and the famous Areal Lift Bridge of Duluth could be activated by pressing "o" and should be closed by blowing your horn (H).

Not to sound cliched, but what a long, strange, trip it's been.

Unfortunatly, the Great Lakes nor the Lake Freighters are not in the game.
