Will not Load

I bought this today and have spent the last 3 hours trying to get it to load.

Have updated all my drivers and my brand new computer is more than capabile of handling the game.

Have installed it and also steam and registered when I try to play the game it freezes on logo at the front loading screen.

Help please before I chuck the whole thing in the bin.

can you pleace ass you game key into you profile, http://80.95.161.114/shipsim/forum/index.php?action=profile  and post your pc's DxDiag  type  DxDiag   in the start menu's search field then click on the programe that com up and thouse save all and send the text file you get as a Attach in you next post.

when you have added you game key into you profile you get access to technical forum that this should be in
