Hoy,
That Oriental blackbird does not look like a whaler,it looks like the Agile Solution but repainted.
I've not been everywhere in the game yet, to see all the static vessels yet. However from the sideview i must say it realy looks like it anyway.
Maybe i'm wrong,or is there something wrong with that picture of you.

The Oriental Blackbird doesn't actually do any whaling, but.. she's supposed to represent the supply vessel of the whaling fleet, if I am not mistaken.

Indeed the Oriental Blackbird portrays a real life ship called the Oriental Bluebird.
In game I presume it has the same figure, no?
Tending to the whaling fleet when ever necessary, and yes it is  a repainted version of the AS
So for that reason that's why I have entitled it Whaling Ship, as it was designed for the whaling fleet down in Antarctica.

Aunque no is the same design it is the most likely ship to take on the roll, unlike a Latitude for example!

Kind Regards

Matthew  :)

In the new update, so will there be one more ship added, Billy Green.

Is this a new ship or is it one on this list with a new name?

And I realy look forward to see all this Ai-ships(and platforms), in the missions.

I think Billy Greene is one of the RIB's used by Greenpeace, it's the one with an enclosed wheelhouse to protect the crew from water cannon on Japanese whaling vessels.

A bit more about Billy Greene and how the RIB got its name from, which makes a sad reading.

Do you mean the lifeboat?
The orange one that drops into the water?

Nicely done Matthew.

Kevinmcg_ships: You might enjoy the ferry run from Cowe to Southampton with the Red Funnel. Free roaming The Solent.

vin_sun: There is, also, a Bangore, Maine, USA. Not the same, but sounds close.
