hi,i just installed ship simulator 2008,everything goes ,i mean graphic and SO xp give no problem at all,but there is only one thing at the moment that cannot undestand: DAMAGE. How may activate this feature,(if allowed).I tryed to collide against other boat in order to see how do this feature works,but nothing is going on.
Do someone explain me if this feature is active maybe in other version?

Which boat are you using to try and get damage?


The pilot boat and the rescue boat don't show damage.

It should normally show though.

there is also no option to enable/disable damage eighter

but you can take damage very quickly

a boat with a rubber ring round it will not show damage!
you might want to go to the technical support side !

Hi,ciao,cpt Kool,many thanks for your suggestions.I'm used to sail pilot boat or rescue boat and i did not tryed yet to sail others vessels like the RED JET 4 and speedy boats with no rubber ring around(thx to Martysweet ).
Now i see damage and i'm waiting for the news features like multiplayer.(by the way,do you know VSK5? where you may sail in america's cup matcht race and fleet)
