Small bug or maybe my problem...

Hey...

Is anyone else having the problem about not being able to moor their boats anywhere? When i click on the moor button the yellow circles appear all round the boat - Havent found any yellow circles on shore yet... but when i click on the yellow circles on the boat they all just dissapear. Is this intentional and i'm missing something or is this maybe a small bug?

Update: sorry it was just a lack of mooring points in dover.
