License check

Since a month i have not played the game. Today, when i start the game there was an error at the beginnig like; "License Check_ Your language settings is not supported" 

Why i get this error? How i fix language settings??
Please note, i have got the original copy of the game, bought it on steam

It was about a year ago, cant remember well. But possibly i just deleted language some folders and then repaired via steam
