Cutter - freezes or "locks" in place in high seas

I was talking to some people yesterday on multiplayer about this one, its not just me apparently, which is weird because in one of the trailers (i think the E3 one) it shows the CC in high waves, just somthing to look into here..

Might be the same issue that I have with the Fight against extinction mission. Uses the cutter. Screen freezes and sound continues and after a few seconds a CTD.

Hope there is a patch released soon

well it is a weird glitch, the ship quite literally freezes, it can be just comming down from a wave and it will just freeze in mid air and the engine noise shops, its really annoying because thid means i can't sail the cutter in anything more than a small gale.
