I have Windows 7, and SS08 serial's dont work in my OS. I followed the tutorial in the PDF (Attached to this post) and it worked....then I installed the some addons and it asks me for my serial number. The problem is my serial is not accepted! The tutorial says to install Jumbo Javelin to have access to SS08 without serials but HOW DO I GET THE JJ?? Can someone send me a link to an .exe installer of the JJ for SS08? The issue is my serial number is not accepted in the registration page, when I use my code it says that another person has already used it! Please HELP!

You can only obtain the Jumbo Javelin in your forum profile.

You must have registered a Ship Simulator 2008 License Key in your forum profile.

This is a problem. You will need to send the license key, and proof that you own Ship Simulator 2008 (i.e. a scanned reciept, email from Amazon, whatever), to the forum administrator, Mad_Fred.

What is your problem exactly? Do you have a problem with the Jumbo Javelin License Key, or the Ship Simulator 2008 license key? 

If you are refering to the fact that you can't find the Jumbo download, then if you follow the instructions on the following page, it says how to download it with a license key.

1. When you have logged in to the forum, click the "Profile" button in the yellow top menu bar.
2. In the center of this “Profile” page you can see a "License key registration" box. Please enter your Ship Simulator 2008 license key (that came with the game) here and click on the register button. Your copy of Ship Simulator 2008 is now registered.
3. After the license key is registered, a new section appears on the webpage, referring to the JUMBO JAVELIN release.
4. Click the button "Get your free Jumbo Javelin License Key".
5. Your personal Jumbo Javelin license key will now appear and also a download link to the Jumbo Javelin setup file.
6. Download the JUMBO JAVELIN ship and have fun!

You say you have downloaded add ons if these are from the creators forum or the packs
that were from shipyard some require ships from New Horizons if you do not have N.H
it will ask for licence key.

I have NH, and according to the flow chart I need the JJ but my SS08 Serial is not accepted in my profile.

If, as you said in your first post, your serial key was rejected because it belongs to someone else, then either you or he probably has an illegal copy of SS08.
This can only be resolved by an Administrator such as Fred. If you have sent him a PM with your serial key and proof that you have a legal copy of SS, then you need to wait patiently for a reply from Fred. He, like most of us staff, is a volunteer with a life outside of SS.
Meanwhile, it might help if you told us exactly where, and how, you obtained your copy of SS 2008. Do not post your serial key.
If you also have New Horizons, there is a separate serial key for it. You should also enter that key into your forum profile. Tell us if that key is accepted.

Remember that serial keys are case sensitive; they must be entered exactly as shown. Do not enter the numeral 0 instead of the letter O.
