Would it be possible to use this on my forum? if so, can I have the URL to it? Or is this only to be used on shipsim.com?

I think you most ask V-Step to get permission to use it. the picture are copyrighted by v-step, send a mail to them and ask
maybe to Mad_Fred and he can help you
