Ship Sim Vessel tonnages & other details

Sorry if this has been asked before, but where can I find out about the various ships featured in Ship Sim 2006 (and 2008)?  For example, details such as displacement, speed and so on.

Not sure about SS06 but in SS08 if you go to free roam and ship selection it gives you draft, length etc there.

There isn't a free roam mode in SS2006..
