Well yes and no.
You need to know what you are doing, many people don't and wonder why their server doesn't work.
Firstly you need the SS08 Server. Click HERE (http://80.95.161.114/get-files/ShipSim2008/files/ShipSim2008.Server.exe) to get it.
Then you need to configure the server but ALSO THE CONNECTION. This includes Port Forwarding the relevant ports past firewalls/routers e.t.c.
You need a fairly fast computer and connection, and don't try to run the server and SS08 at the same time, or you'll crash the server.
