i just got my ss2008 from amazon

do i need to type in the key code anywhere on here or anything?

also where do i find the upcoming patch etc?

I still need to find where to register the key code here on the forums, but as for the patch, it will be available for download next week, around the 17th, or so I've heard.

To register you licence key on the forums, simply go to 'profile' and scroll down to where it says 'License key registration:'

ive tried typing in my license key that came with the game, but it dosnt accept it  ???

You should type in you original key exactly as it is written on the cover or in the mail - including all the hyphens.
