Weird things in ship simulator 2008

Ship Simulator 2008 has been out for some time now.
I should think that if there were anything weird or funny about it, someone would have commented somewhere on the forum.

VSTEP are releasing FREE enhancements, new missions, new radio packs, new horn sounds, new lights, new dynamics, new controls for the ships in the simulator EVERY WEEK.

Compared to other games and simulators where the producers charge a lot for these things, that is weird, indeed! 

Me, I think the SUPER PACKS are excellent!

Other producers often do release such things, but they give them a different name and release them as a new game, for which you must pay.... VSTEP have released a very large number of updates all for FREE! For that, I think everyone should be very happy.

Removing the Titanic is the answer to all the glitches!

Actually, for software of the complexity of Ship Simulator 2008, I think that there are surprisingly few glitches in it. A comparable Microsoft would seem uterly bug-ridden by comparison (look at Train Simulator if you want bugs!).

There are instances where below specification PCs have problems. Those are not glitches though.

Given that VSTEP hope to release a new version of the game within a year, and with their other preoccupations, it is unlikely that there will be any “fixes” to SS 2008 beyond what may be accomplished through the  Super Packs from the Shipyard.
Likewise, it is very late in the day to be requesting new ships or environments.
