I read them just to see what is in there, ITunes terms of use say you can't use it for nuclear activity.

I just found them:

"You also agree that you will not use these products for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, the development, design, manufacture or production of nuclear, missiles, or chemical or biological weapons."

Seriously?  That's really funny, and a bit sad...    

That "Oh my god the terrorists are going to kill us all"-vibe is getting a bit  out of hand..  

 


As to the topic.. I suggest reading license agreements and so on.. it does contain useful information regarding do's and dont's..  And it saves people like forum moderators a lot of time if they do not have to keep reminding people what they agreed to when they installed a bit of software, or worse..
