Hi Guys,

Latitude is not a real ship..  But she's  314 mtrs long, 46 mtrs wide and has a draft of 18 mtrs.

But as for the real ones in this poll (which is a bit of a weird one as you can just look up the specs)

Titanic, Brittanic and Olympic are sister ships, and although there is a slight difference, they are all just about the same size. (roughly 269 long, 28.5 wide and with a draft of 10.5 mtrs)

QM2 is bigger than the rest though. 345 mtrs long, 41 mtrs wide and a draft of 10 mtrs So QM2 is the biggest. (latitude is slightly wider, but overall the QM2 is bigger)

Well, the Emma Maersk is bigger.. And even bigger than that there's also the Knock Nevis (Jahre Viking) although she is not sailing anymore but used as a floating (immobile) stogare facility.

There is a small error in the Wiki table, the four sisterships TI Oceania, TI Africa (http://www.tankersinternational.com/fleet_list.php?type=1&order=year_down), TI Asia , TI Europe (http://www.euronav.be/) have a DWT above 441000 tons, (TI Asia being the biggest one) and a displacement around 490000 tons.

Actually the biggest ship working is Emma Maersk, Knock Nevis no longer "operates as a ship", she is permanently moored.

I was still under the impression that the Berge Stahl was the largest. Just checked, and Emma Maersk does out-stretch her!

Seems Maersk are in the lead now!
