I'm quite new at the whole video/screenshots, but this is what I use, it works pretty well. http://www.fraps.com/download.php Fraps. Just download from the link, and install. I believe the defaults are F9 for video, and F10 for stills. Since the videos in the demo are only 30 seconds, you can link them with Windows Movie Maker. You can edit there, add sound, ect..Then you upload them to your youtube account. Good luck.
