No. Vstep has not made a Harbor/ocean floor model.

and I'm glad to hear it- In VS, the bottom slows it down like hell you gotta turn visibilty, sand etc right down- and the game is only meant to require 800mhz! Dont know why it slows for sure-the only environments Ive made were roads and cities- never done a sea or natural scenery. I guess theres just a lot of crack and crevases and sand and rocks and stuff. Nice idea, though. But I think it would mean a BIG slowdown! :)
