How do you get the porteferrio angel I thought that you get it when you download 1.4.2

You have to get New Horizons.

I'll add to Firestars pretty vague comment. You have to buy the Ship Simulator 2008 add-on "New Horizons" (which you can get from www.shipsim.com). You have to have Ship Simulator 2008 and it only works if you have a DVD Drive on your PC. The classic yacht strangely adds itself to the Ship List when you download 1.4.2 but you cannot use it, as it only comes with the add-on.
