Suitable for diabetics with attitude?

PS although I am as southern English as it's possible to be, I understand every word that Rab C Nesbitt says!

The classic barra dish is a thick oven-baked or grilled fillet served with chips, tartare sauce and salad.  Perhaps if you ask them to give you extra salad instead of chips, and go easy on the tartare sauce?  Goes well with a quality lager like Crown or Cascade, or for something really nice, a Barefoot Radler http://www.barefootbrewers.com.au/ (http://www.barefootbrewers.com.au/)

Lunch time here, and now I'm starving... wonder if the staff canteen has got any barra on the menu   ::)  Doubt it  :(

I'll have the chips and the sauce! Told you I had attitude. Pass the insulin.

Enjoy your dinner.
