I think I am gonna try haggis. I mean, Just because it sounds disgusting doesn't mean it will taste disgusting.

Not sure, the pic you posted looked a bit thicker than blood pancakes
It's the same only less flour so it are thinner more blood in it.

 pudding has more in it to bee ticker and taste terrible here are the recipes of blood pudding

The only thing I'd suggest is make sure it is not a cheap one - as they maybe out you off for llife
