Moving the Ships in the Mission Editor
« on: March 07, 2009, 12:57:08 »

Hi. I've been trying to create missions in the editor, but I can't seem to be able to move ships once i've added them to the environment. I've looked at the manual and it says "you can move and rotate the ship using the arrows" but no arrows appear when I add a ship.

Any ideas??

Thanks

Glenn

Hi Glenn, and welcome.

What version of Ship Simulator do you have?

(there was a similar problem according to the installation order, but only in early versions of Ship Simulator).

Thanks Terry.

I'm using Ship Sim 2008, version 1.3 build 1018.

Hi Glenn,

You need to upgrade to 1.4. You are at the magic number where the ME has a serious problem. See Terry's flowchart for upgrading.
