But your in the middle of no where no one would see the flare. + Your already in a bright yellow raft.

Even though our key chains for the boat are flares, they make it easy to carry the keys.

Hmm well better then us, but we are retards, thought we had a paddle in the hull but found out we didn't, while we were towing another boat, port engine overheating and have seaweed in the pumps, and drifting towards land, with a dog that can't swim jumping off the dock...

hmmmm think you should tell here because we actually tow with our RWC we use at the lifeguards.
Also missing the towline connection in the game because I now can't tow the raft in after I rescued drowning persons and dropped them on the raft.

As I pointed out for your other post, you can tow the raft with the jetski, it is done in at least two of the custom missions.
