Crane Jib
« on: December 20, 2008, 00:40:25 »

I don't see any effect of using the "Insert Key" when at the controls of the Crane.  It's supposed to rotate the Jib up or down.  Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks for any help or advice.

The Insert key does raise/lower the jib. You need to be in an external view to see it. You should not have the cab on that section when you try it.
Use the Insert key above the arrow keys, not the one on numpad 0.
Do all the other crane control keys work?
You could try re-assigning that function to another key.

Your right.  It works.  I wasn't even aware I had another "Insert" key.  Thanks for your help.

That Insert key is also the one you must use in the Mission Editor when you lay out an AI path.
Have a good Christmas,
