Im not sure. I think its always best to buy it off the Website Shipsim.com Cause you alwas know what you will get there. But i cant help you with credit card.

I really don't think that this is the pace to discuss credit card problems relating to a site that has nothing to do with Vstep.

If you have problems with Amazon, then speak to Amazon. If your credit card doesn't work, talk to your credit card ompany.
