What is the "Grid Size" in Settings? What does it affect? Is it better to have more or less?

Hi firestar,

The Grid Size, represents the quality of the sea/ocean.

The higher the slider, the better the water looks, but it will possibly slow down performance.

So it can be a trade off, if your machine cannot handle the game on full graphics settings.

The "Nodes" are part of a "Wire Frame" The verticies or where the lines connect.  Some times when you load the game just before the main menu come up you will see a light blue flicker of a wire frame where the water will be.  If you play with is Slider you will see that there will be more/less nodes which also means more/fewer lines connecing them.  The Below two pictures illistrate a low Node Wire Frame and a High Node Wire Frame.
